Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Brown served as senior attorney at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. At FDEP, he served as program attorney for the Office of Water Policy and litigation attorney in the water and waste/air sections of the Office of General Counsel.
Mr. Brown attended the University of Florida and the University of Florida College of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the University of Florida Law Review. He was in private practice from 1990 to 1994. Mr. Brown's practice includes environmental, regulatory, land use, growth management, and administrative law matters with the firm.
